Due to continued growth, we are looking for a PatientSales and Engagement Co-ordinator to join our team.
This is a highly people-focused role where you will be the first point of contact for prospective patients and their families. You will spend much of your day speaking with enquiries by telephone, answering questions, building trust, following up leads and helping patients access the most appropriate service for their needs.
This role would suit someone with experience in sales, customer service, contact centres, recruitment, hospitality or any role where building relationships and converting enquiries into appointments or customers has been a key part of the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective patients and families.
- Respond promptly to new enquiries received via telephone, email and website.
- Follow up all enquiries in a professional, supportive and timely manner.
- Build strong relationships with prospective patients and help guide them through their journey.
- Provide accurate information regarding our services, assessments and pathways.
- Support patients in booking assessments and appointments.
- Maintain regular contact with patients who are considering services but have not yet booked.
- Ensure all enquiries are managed effectively to maximise patient engagement and conversion.
- Accurately record all communications and patient information on our systems.
- Manage appointment bookings, changes and cancellations.
- Liaise professionally with patients, carers, families and healthcare professionals.
- Identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and enquiry process.
- In time, undertake introductory patient calls and support patients through the early stages of their journey with SEIK Psychiatry.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent telephone and communication skills.
- Confident speaking with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Experience in sales, business development, customer service, recruitment, hospitality or contact centre environments, we need you to be tenacious
- A track record of managing enquiries and converting interest into action.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate with empathy.
- Comfortable working towards performance targets and service objectives.
- Strong administrative and computer skills and able to work from home in a private setting

Pay: £15.00-£16.00 per hour
