You will support a variety of departments across the organisation, helping to deliver excellent customer service to tenants, colleagues and visitors. No two days are the same, making this a fantastic opportunity to develop a wide range of administration and customer service skills.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Business Administrator Apprentice, your duties will include:
- Providing administrative support to departments across the organisation.
- Answering routine enquiries from tenants, customers and colleagues.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, including scanning and distributing documents.
- Printing, photocopying and preparing correspondence.
- Ordering stationery and office supplies.
- Preparing information packs and business materials.
- Maintaining accurate electronic records and filing documents.
- Assisting with housing administration, including repair requests and customer enquiries.
- Supporting rent and housing administration processes.
- Processing payments received through reception and the post.
- Booking meeting rooms and preparing refreshments for meetings when required.
- Ensuring communal office areas remain organised and well stocked.
- Following GDPR procedures and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Working alongside experienced colleagues while developing your business administration knowledge and skills.

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office or willing to learn.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Annual Leave Entitlement: 24 days exc. bank holidays
