We are seeking a dedicated and organised Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists with dispensing medications and managing prescriptions accurately.
- Greet and communicate professionally with customers, providing excellent service via face-to-face interactions and over the phone.
- Maintain organised stock levels through merchandising and inventory management.
- Process transactions efficiently at the cash register, upselling relevant products where appropriate.
- Ensure the pharmacy environment remains clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping using basic maths skills.
- Manage phone etiquette professionally, answering queries promptly and courteously.
- Contribute to organisational tasks including stock rotation and maintaining product displays.
- Assist in promoting health awareness campaigns or special offers within the pharmacy.
Skills
