Job Overview
We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of business projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate schedules, documentation, communication and day-to-day project activities while working closely with project managers, internal teams, clients and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, meetings and deadlines.
- Support Project Managers with planning, tracking and day-to-day project administration.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports and records.
- Communicate with internal teams, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and highlight potential delays or issues.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas and record action points.
- Track project deliverables, budgets, resources and outstanding tasks.
- Assist with preparing project reports, presentations and performance updates.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, operations or a related role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and project-management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM or equivalent is desirable.
Pay: £3,197.00-£4,000.00 per month
