Join us as a Home Care Assistant dedicated to providing personalised, compassionate care to a young female client within their own home.
This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships by supporting her with with her daily activities, ensuring her comfort, safety, and independence. You will be the consistent, reliable presence that makes a real difference in her life, working two to done with a single client in their own home. This paid position is ideal for caring, motivated individuals eager to deliver high-quality home care services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored personal care and support based on individual care plans to meet each client’s unique needs
- Assist with daily activities such as mobility, medication, meal preparation, and light household tasks
- Maintain clear communication with client and her family to understand their preferences and concerns, fostering trust and comfort
- Document all care activities accurately
- Driver not required as this is working at one place of work, address is on bus route.
Skills
- Driver or ability to travel to NE12 area
- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is highly desirable but not essential as all training provided
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and empathetically

The candidate will need to be available to work minimum of alternative weekends 9am-7pm alongside another carer.
Weekday shifts are 7am-9am and 3pm-9pm.
Applicants must have right to work in the UK - WE CANNOT PROVIDE SPONSORSHIP
Probation rate £13.00 per hour after that £14.00 per hour weekday & £14.50 per hour weekends.
Bank holidays paid at time and a half.
Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
