Apex Flood Solutions is looking for skilled and motivated Installers to join our expanding operations team. You’ll be at the forefront of helping customers reduce flood risk through the professional installation of our specialist flood protection products.
We work closely with major organisations such as the Environment Agency and Aviva, and pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of safety, quality and workmanship to our customers and clients.
You will reporting to our base in Worcester and working nationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing flood-resistant doors and windows, flood barriers and gates, non-return valves and other specialist products.
- Carrying out minor building works (e.g. re-pointing, sealing, fitting adjustments).
- Maintaining accurate installation records and schedules via an iPad (using our company app).
- Supporting maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting of existing installations.
- Collaborating with surveyors, site supervisors and production teams.
- Interpreting drawings and technical instructions with accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a door or barrier installer (fire/flood experience an advantage).
- Good practical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Valid CSCS card (preferable, or willingness to obtain one upon appointment).
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK – including overnight stays and working away for extended periods.
