We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Saturday Viewing Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled property viewings on Saturdays, ensuring clients receive a warm, professional welcome.
- Provide detailed information about the property features, neighborhood amenities, and local services to prospective buyers or tenants.
- Answer questions clearly and confidently, addressing client needs and concerns with excellent communication skills.
- Maintain organized schedules of viewings and ensure all properties are prepared for visits.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as logging viewing appointments and updating client records accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales team to relay client feedback and follow-up actions promptly.
- Support the overall presentation of properties by ensuring they are clean, tidy, and ready for viewing.
Experience
- Previous Estate Agency experience is mandatory
- Strong communication skills are essential to interact effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills are necessary to coordinate multiple viewings seamlessly and maintain attention to detail.
