The Role
We're looking for a Content Creator who can own content from start to finish — filming, editing, and posting — while also shaping the bigger picture of how our brand shows up on social media. This isn't a "wait for instructions" role. We want someone who can spot trends, bring ideas to life, and eventually take full ownership of our content operation — with a view to building and leading a content team as we scale.
You'll be the driving force behind our on-trend, scroll-stopping content, working closely with our marketing team, our editors, and our wider team to keep everything moving to deadline.
What You'll Be Doing
- Confidently building and following your content plan
- Scheduling content in advance
- Spotting trends and translating them into content ideas for our brand
- Visualising and shaping our brand's creative direction
- Building repeatable content processes as we grow
- Managing content shoots and coordinating team members involved in content
- Filming content using a camera (not just phone content)
- Instructing and guiding the team on video content
- Liaising with editors and keeping projects to deadline
- Working closely with the marketing team on wider brand strategy
- Long-term: taking ownership of the content operation and building out a content team to scale it
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience creating content for social media (TikTok experience a strong plus)
- Confidence filming, editing, and posting independently
- A sharp eye for trends and what makes content perform
- Strong organisational skills — able to plan, schedule, and manage multiple moving parts
- Comfortable managing shoots and directing others on camera
- Clear communicator who can work well with editors, marketing, and the wider team
- Self-starter mentality — comfortable in a start-up environment where you'll be given real ownership
- Ambition to grow into a leadership role as the content team scales
