We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and adherence to road regulations, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the integrity of the cargo.
Duties
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, representing the company professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving roles.
- ADR would be an advantage for dry and tanker work.
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A commitment to maintaining a clean driving record.
