Duties
- Assist in supervising daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient food production processes
- Support team management by mentoring kitchen staff, fostering teamwork, and maintaining high morale

- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed rigorously to maintain a clean and compliant kitchen environment
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders
