About the role:
We are looking for a commercially minded, Trainee Logistics and Supply Chain Administrator to join our Logistics department.
Working closely with Sales, Commercial and Products Teams you will ensure the delivery of our audio equipment is on time and seamless.

- Shipment planning and tracking

Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain the imports operation to ensure shipments are receipted accurately and efficiently
- Ensure shipment documentation is submitted and on time
- Be the day-to-day contact with external logistics partners to ensure that goods flow effectively
- Manage shipments to Amazon to ensure inventory is available
- Monitor and report on shipment ETA to brand and marketing team
- Run weekly reports to share with internal and external partners to ensure they have visibility of incoming shipments
- Ensuring that all stock movements are correctly actioned through our ERP (Netsuite) system in a timely manner to ensure inventory levels remain accurate
Key Skills and Competencies:
Essential:
- A good level of numeracy

- Excellent Communication skills and an ability to build relationships
- Willingness to learn in a busy and sometimes fast paced environment
- Able to use your initiative
Desirable:
- An understanding of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Good numerical capability and experience of using a data driven approach to achieve results
- A keen interest in Audio products

Pay: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
