Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Mobile Mechanic Consultant to join our team! Responsibilities
- Travel to customer sites to perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance with precision and professionalism
- Engage with clients to understand their vehicle issues, offering clear explanations and tailored solutions
- Negotiate repair estimates and service options to meet customer needs while ensuring profitability
- Manage scheduling and time effectively to maximize daily appointments and minimize delays
- Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions for accurate documentation
- Communicate technical information clearly to customers of varying technical backgrounds
- Collaborate with parts suppliers and team members to ensure timely availability of necessary components
Requirements
- Proven experience as a mechanic with a strong understanding of automotive systems and repairs
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of explaining complex issues simply and effectively
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, B2B sales, and customer service to build trust and secure repeat business
- Valid driver’s license; comfortable driving various vehicle types
- Strong IT skills for managing digital work orders, scheduling systems, and diagnostic tools
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
- Knowledge of the latest automotive technologies, tools, and safety protocols

Pay: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
