The Role
We are looking for a Trainee Finisher to join our finishing department and begin developing the skills required to produce high-quality painted, stained and lacquered finishes across our bespoke cabinetry and interiors projects.
This role would suit someone who is practical, eager to learn, and takes pride in producing quality work. No previous finishing experience is required as full training and support will be provided.
Working closely with experienced Finishers and the Lead Finisher, you will learn the processes, techniques and standards required to deliver exceptional finishes while contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
Our projects include bespoke kitchens, dressing rooms, libraries and architectural joinery for luxury residential properties, where attention to detail and craftsmanship are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation and application of stains, paints and lacquer finishes.
- Supporting spraying and finishing activities under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Learning and applying finishing techniques in line with company standards and specifications.
- Supporting quality inspections and identifying defects or inconsistencies in finished products.
- Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of finishing materials, consumables and stock.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Following health and safety procedures and using equipment and materials correctly.
- Actively developing skills and knowledge through training, feedback and hands-on experience.

- Full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Fridays)
