The Cleaning Fairy is a friendly, growing local cleaning business and, due to continued growth, we’re looking for another reliable and hardworking cleaner to join our team on a self-employed/subcontractor basis.
We provide regular domestic cleaning services to customers across Dorchester, Bridport and the surrounding areas, and we're looking for someone who genuinely takes pride in leaving a home looking its best.
The role
You’ll be carrying out regular domestic cleaning for our customers, which can include:
- General household cleaning
- Kitchens and bathrooms
- Vacuuming and mopping
- Dusting and polishing
- Cleaning surfaces and high-touch areas
- Maintaining the high standards our customers expect from The Cleaning Fairy
What we're looking for
You don’t necessarily need years of cleaning experience. For us, reliability, trustworthiness and a good attitude are just as important.
You should be:
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly and professional
- Hardworking with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to maintain a consistently high standard of cleaning
- Respectful when working in customers' homes
- Able to travel between customers, so your own transport is required
Previous domestic cleaning experience would be an advantage, but we’re happy to speak to the right person who has the attitude and work ethic we're looking for.
