Location: Leeds (Rodley, Thornbury & Horsforth sites)
Hours: 40 hours guaranteed per week plus overtime

Woodlands Home & Garden Group is a leading UK manufacturer and distributor of garden buildings, supplying customers nationwide through well-established brands including Tiger Sheds.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Class 2 HGV Driver with a valid HIAB licence to join our transport operation.
About the Role
This position offers a mix of nationwide deliveries, depot transfers and customer-facing work. Start times typically range between 2:00am and 6:00am, with occasional overnight stays required. All overnight accommodation and parking costs are paid by the company.
Key duties include:
- Delivering log cabins, garden buildings and timber products throughout the UK
- Operating HIAB equipment safely and efficiently during deliveries
- Transporting stock and materials between company sites
- Carrying out vehicle safety inspections and defect reporting
- Ensuring loads are secured correctly using appropriate restraint methods
- Maintaining delivery schedules while keeping safety as the highest priority
- Providing excellent customer service during residential and trade deliveries
- Completing delivery paperwork and transport documentation accurately
- Supporting loading and unloading activities where required
Essential Requirements
- Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
- Valid Driver CPC qualification
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Valid HIAB certificate and practical HIAB operating experience
- Previous experience carrying out nationwide deliveries
- Strong understanding of load security and vehicle safety requirements
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
