Job Title: Holiday Park Cleaner
Location: Trossachs Holiday Park
Hours: Part-Time – 3 Days Per Week (Preferred Days: Friday, Saturday & Monday)
Reports to: Park Manager / Operations Team
About the Role
Horizon Holiday Parks are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic Cleaner to join the team at Trossachs Holiday Park.
This role is essential in ensuring our holiday homes are cleaned and prepared to the highest standards, helping create a fantastic experience for our guests and holiday homeowners. The successful candidate will take pride in their work, have great attention to detail, and be able to work efficiently within busy turnaround periods.
Key Responsibilities
Holiday Home Cleaning
Clean and prepare rental holiday homes to a high standard
Ensure all accommodation is guest-ready within allocated turnaround times
Carry out full changeover cleans including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms
Replenish consumables and report any low stock levels
Presentation & Standards
Ensure all holiday homes are presented to company standards at all times
Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or health & safety concerns promptly
Carry out quality checks to maintain excellent guest satisfaction levels
Operational Support
Support the wider park team during busy changeover days
Assist with laundry coordination and stock organisation where required
Help maintain cleanliness of park facilities and communal areas when needed
Work closely with management and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
Teamwork & Communication
Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Flexible and willing to support the wider team when required
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred but not essential
