Kitchen Porter (Agency Role) - South Kensington, SW7
We are currently recruiting an experienced Kitchen Porter to join our team in South Kensington, London (SW7) on an agency basis.
About the Role
This position is based in the prestigious SW7 area of South Kensington, with shifts primarily running Monday to Saturday. The successful candidate will support the kitchen team by maintaining high cleanliness standards and assisting the chef with basic food preparation and occasional serving duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment
- Assisting the chef with food preparation tasks
- Supporting with serving duties when required
- Following all food safety and health & safety regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Kitchen Porter
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Pay
- £12.71 per hour for the first 12 weeks
- Pay increases after 12 weeks in line with Agency Worker Regulations (AWR)
Working Pattern
- Mainly Monday to Saturday
- Flexible shift patterns available
