We're excited to be opening our new Eldon Square, Newcastle store in mid-August and are looking for confident and energetic Sales Assistants to join our launch team. Full training is provided, so previous beauty sales experience is not essential.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, beauty trends and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
What You'll Do
- Engage customers and demonstrate hair styling tools, extensions and beauty products.
- Recommend products based on customer needs, hair type and styling goals.
- Create a fun, welcoming and high-energy customer experience.
- Help drive sales and achieve store targets.
- Maintain excellent visual presentation and store standards.
What We're Looking For
- Confident and friendly personality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Interest in hair, beauty or fashion.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable speaking with customers in a busy retail environment.
- Weekend availability preferred.
Experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, customer service, promotions, events or sales is helpful but not essential.
