Revit Technician
Stairmaster are looking for an experienced Revit Technician for a permanent PAYE position based in Whittlesey, Peterborogh. This position is available to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed 3D models of stair systems using Revit.

Produce fabrication-ready shop drawings and construction documentation.

Coordinate stair models with architects, structural engineers, and general contractors.

Interpret architectural and structural drawings to create accurate stair layouts.

Ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications.

Assist with BIM coordination and clash detection.

Revise models and drawings based on engineering feedback and field measurements.

Maintain drawing standards and file organization.

Collaborate with production and project management teams to ensure design intent aligns with manufacturing capabilities.
Required Qualifications

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (2+ years preferred).

Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing.

Experience producing shop drawings for fabrication.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience in stair, railing, or metal fabrication.

Knowledge of building codes related to stair design.

Experience with AutoCAD and/or Inventor.

Familiarity with BIM coordination processes.
