Catalyst Interiors has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Construction Project Manager for our Care Home Refurbishment Division.
We are looking for someone to join our Project Team in Chester. You will assist one of our Project Managers in the planning and supervision of a wide range of Refurbishment projects from start to finish. The ideal person will have the ability to organise and oversee Refurbishment Projects and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner, must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and good organisational skills.
- Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include assisting the project manager:
- Co-ordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of
projects.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule
and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Evaluate risk management, including write RAMS etc to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
The projects are managed from our Chester Office
