Key Responsibilities
- To deliver pre-ordered products to our customers
- To represent Brindisa and excellent customers service to our customers at all times
- Complete allocated route deliveries and reasonable additional deliveries allocated by the Assistant Transport Manager/Distribution Manager, within contracted hours
- Maintain basic service checks on company vehicles (tyres, oil, water etc)
- Maintain vehicles in a clean and presentable condition
- Handle Brindisa products with due regard to safety and integrity
- Adhere to all traffic regulations, red routes, vehicle restricted roads, box junctions and loading and unloading bays
- Adhere to all safety equipment, PPP and Brindisa driving uniforms
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years plus clean driving licence
- Minimum 1-year commercial multi-drop driving of a 3.5 tonne transit van
- Good geographical knowledge of Greater London
- Knowledge of route planning and navigation devices
- Ability to lift up to 25 Kilos
- Have a flexible attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability and experience of using powered/manual pallet trucks (desirable)
Pay: £29,583.00 per year
Experience:
- Multi-drop driving: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- 2 years clean driving licence (required)
