If you have been working with young people and are looking for a new challenge, this exciting opportunity has
arisen to join our Inclusive Learning team. As a Personal Development coach, you will help to shape the future
of young people by delivering inspiring lessons, based on individual growth and awareness of the wider world.
Additionally, you will be supporting and accelerating the development and progress of our Inclusive Learning
students’ Entry Level English and Maths skills, alongside supporting classes that need cover.
The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic team player who shares our passion for supporting students
with SEND to achieve their full potential. We are committed to delivering high-quality personal development that
equips learners with the essential life skills they need to thrive both in education and beyond.
While promoting a positive learning culture, you will ensure that the curriculum is delivered in a relevant,
employment focused way that engages students. Being able to deliver effectively and enthusiastically is a must.
Working in collaboration with the wider curriculum team you will deliver an excellent teaching and learning
experience.
This role will ideally suit somebody who has experience and an interest in the development of young people, in
particular learners with SEND. You will ideally have experience of providing advice, guidance and/or education
to young people and/or adults.
MK College will treat all applicants fairly and with respect, irrespective of their background, disability or any other individual characteristic. We
particularly encourage applications from people with backgrounds which are currently under-represented within Milton Keynes College. All
