We are looking for a hardworking and reliable housekeeper to join our friendly team! At The Hind's Head we have 15 beautifully decorated en suite bedrooms.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Ensure all rooms are properly stocked with amenities and supplies
- Change bed linens, clean bathrooms, dust furniture, and vacuum carpets
- Respond to guest requests and enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred, however full training can be given
- Must be a driver or be able to travel to work. You can not rely on public transport to get here.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Ability to follow instructions and prepare rooms to business specifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
-A great attitude. Housekeeping can be quite a challenging role, and being willing, proactive and able to use your initiative is essential.
We are looking for someone that can be flexible with days based on the business requirements. We may not be able to offer shifts on the same day every week. Hours are usually 9am start until 3pm but can alter slightly based on the business reservations.
We are flexible with how many shifts the new member of staff can offer, so if you do have specific requirements please get in touch, as we may still be able to offer something!
