Key Responsibilities
- Hold full accountability for care quality, compliance, occupancy, team engagement, and financial performance.
- Lead and develop a care team to deliver consistently high standards of care.
- Drive occupancy and reputation through proactive leadership, community engagement, and collaboration with sales teams.
- Maintain strong regulatory relationships and ensure the agency achieves and sustains high inspection outcomes.
About You
- Ideally a registered care manager in the past or a care manager/care coordinator/care supervisor who wish to step in to the Registered Care Manager role
- Domiciliary Care Agency experience is essential
- Demonstrable experience managing teams and full operational and financial accountability.
