We're looking for an organised, professional, and friendly individual to join our team at The Wolds Care Centre in Louth as a Casual Receptionist. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and flexibility, providing reception and administrative support on an as and when required basis to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home.
As the first point of contact for visitors, residents, families and colleagues, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting the home's administration.
What the role involves:

Answering the telephone, logging and passing on messages in a timely manner.

Welcoming visitors and providing a professional first point of contact.

Supporting with staff recruitment administration, payroll and documentation.

Dealing with queries relating to staffing matters in accordance with HICA policies and procedures.

Maintaining accurate records on the computerised management information system while ensuring confidentiality.

Administration of residents' monies, ensuring accountability.

Carrying out general administrative duties as required.
Who we're looking for:

Previous experience in an administrative or reception role.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential.
Pay & Hours:

£13.21 per hour

Casual (0-hour) contract

No guaranteed hours – shifts will be offered on an as and when required basis
