The Rose is a restaurant, bar and hotel in the heart of Deal, on the East Kent Coast. It opened in 2018, and since then has become something of an institution in the area, continuing to draw locals and visitors alike and gaining attention from press and influencers.
It has also grown in the last few years, and is now owned and operated as part of the same group as The Blue Pelican, a Japanese-inspired restaurant in a townhouse on the seafront in Deal; and The Zetland Arms, a pub perched on the shingle of nearby Kingsdown Beach.
The Sunday Times Style chose it recently as one their '8 chic weekend destinations' and House & Garden picked it as one of their 'most charming beach and seaside hotels in the UK'.
We’re looking for someone passionate about hospitality, with a great personality and brilliant energy to join our tight, wonderful team.

- Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm, through quickly and effectively problem solving under pressure
- Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful towards colleagues and guests
- Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously
