Are you a recruiter who thrives on building relationships and finding incredible talent?
We're looking for an ambitious, proactive Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves engaging with people, building networks, influencing hiring decisions, and uncovering talent that others miss.
You'll work closely with hiring managers and Framework Managers to attract, assess and secure the best talent across engineering and infrastructure sectors. Whilst our Framework Managers lead the external client relationships, you'll become the driving force behind delivering exceptional candidates and building talent pipelines that support business growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
Partnering with Hiring Managers

Lead detailed role briefing meetings to fully understand hiring requirements.

Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.

Provide market insight and recruitment expertise to support hiring decisions.

Challenge and influence where necessary to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
Finding and Engaging Great Talent

Source and attract candidates through multiple channels including job boards, networking, referrals and direct approaches.

Build and maintain talent pools for current and future opportunities.

Engage passive candidates and create interest in career opportunities.

Act as an ambassador for our employer brand.
Managing the Recruitment Process

Manage multiple live vacancies simultaneously across various disciplines.

Screen and assess candidates against role requirements.

Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the process.

Manage offers, negotiations and onboarding activities.
Building Talent Networks

Develop long-term relationships with candidates and industry contacts.

Attend networking events, careers fairs and industry events where appropriate.

Maintain an active presence within relevant talent communities.

Keep up to date with market trends, salary benchmarking and competitor activity.
Ensuring Recruitment Excellence

Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy records within the ATS.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and employment legislation.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Qualifications
