About the Role:
Car Firm is seeking an experienced and skilled Bodyshop Paint Specialist to join our dealership in Peterborough. This role is perfect for an energetic professional with a strong background in automotive body repair and painting who thrives in a target-driven environment and aims to maintain the highest standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Body Repair & Refinishing: Perform a range of repair tasks including chip and scuff repair, dent repair, alloy wheel refurbishment, and any additional bodywork repairs as required.
- Painting & Surface Preparation: Prepare and apply high-quality paint finishes on a variety of vehicles, ensuring precision in color matching and surface quality.
- Quality Assurance: Consistently deliver high-quality results that meet our company standards and customer expectations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Promote and uphold our company values, striving to achieve complete customer satisfaction in all aspects of your work.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment and tools are well-maintained, clean, and ready for use.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Motor Vehicle Body Repair and Refinishing or a similar role within a body shop or accident repair environment.
- Proficient in automotive painting techniques with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Possesses a full driving license.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Capable of problem-solving and working efficiently to meet targets and objectives.
