Michael Graham Estate Agents has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced lettings Valuer to join their Portobello Road Office.
The successful candidate will be able to generate rental instructions in a target driven role which will mainly involve going out on valuations and sourcing new business in order to increase revenue and profitability for the office. They will also need to cultivate a good relationship with landlords and tenants, generate and accompany viewings, assist with the referencing process and negotiating a tenancy. They will have a minimum of two years estate agency or lettings experience together with a proven ability to exceed targets. They will possess a professional demeanour, be highly motivated with good communication and customer care skills.
The position can be full or part time and will involve working closely with our Branch Partner.
Basic Salary from £30,000 plus exciting commission structure / dependant on experience.
