Hair Stylist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our vibrant salon team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair styling and beauty services, providing exceptional customer service and creating stunning looks for our clients.
Duties:
- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, colouring, and treatments
- Provide expert advice on hair care, styling, and maintenance
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair and beauty
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Conduct consultations with clients to determine their needs and preferences
- Perform barbering services for male clients
- Offer eyelash extensions and makeup application services
- Manage the front desk when needed
- Assist with store management duties as required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon environment
- Proficient in a wide range of hair styling techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor junior stylists and provide guidance
- Strong skills in upselling salon products and services
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for the beauty industry

Pay: £17,454.40-£38,203.54 per year
