Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Painter / Decorator to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for decorating tenanted and void/Empty houses . This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise a diverse skill set within dynamic building projects, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and safety.
All Works are within Leeds working within social housing projects
Van provided with Fuel card

Duties
- Painter / Decorator
- painting in tenanted houses & void properties across leeds,
- Local works only
- Perform decorating work with precision to meet project specifications
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in painting and decorating
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Physical fitness to undertake manual labour over extended periods
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction trades are desirable but not essential
- Ability to adapt to various jobs within the construction environment

Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
