We are currently recruiting for a Box Packing Machine Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production operative who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Setting up and operating box packing machinery.

Monitoring machine performance to ensure smooth production runs.

Packing finished products to specification and quality standards.

Carrying out routine machine checks and reporting any faults.

Ensuring production targets are achieved.

Maintaining accurate production records where required.

Following all health and safety procedures.

Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and organised.

Previous experience operating packing, packaging, or production machinery.

Experience within a manufacturing or production environment.

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

A flexible and proactive approach to work.
