We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Serve a variety of drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, in a timely and friendly manner.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Engage with customers to provide an enjoyable experience, taking orders and offering recommendations as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently serve guests during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience or background in hospitality is preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
