We are looking for an experienced Moving Light Prep Technician to join our warehouse team at our North London HQ.
Working Hours
5 days per week, including minimum one weekend day, same days every week but flexible on what those 5 days are set as, 09:00 – 18:00
Flexibility required for occasional evenings and weekends during busy periods
Salary & Benefits

Role Overview
This role is responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and quality control of moving light equipment, ensuring it is delivered to site in excellent working condition. You will be expected to work efficiently and independently to a high standard, with a strong understanding of lighting equipment and warehouse processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, clean, and maintain moving light equipment to a high standard
- Carry out fault finding and routine repairs, escalating more complex issues where required
- Inspect equipment on return, accurately identifying damage and logging issues
- Ensure all equipment is correctly prepped, tested, and ready for dispatch
- Prepare and maintain flight cases
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks as required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Support the wider warehouse team with ad hoc tasks as directed
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a lighting hire, live events, or technical warehouse environment essential
- Good working knowledge of moving light fixtures and associated equipment
- Confident with fault finding and basic repairs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Physically capable of manual handling tasks
