Overview
As a Floor Staff member, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for our customers. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, providing exceptional service and support to both customers and team members. Your attention to detail and commitment to food safety will help maintain high standards within our venue.
Duties
- Assist with food/drink preparation, ensuring all items are prepared according to established recipes and standards.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Experience
- Familiarity with food/drink preparation techniques and food safety practices is preferred.
- Strong time management skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are key attributes we seek in our Floor Staff members.
