We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our busy and growing team at our Congleton branch.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to build a long-term career in property. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided however, a keen interest in property & social media is essential. We are looking for the right person with a positive attitude, strong people skills, and a willingness to learn.
About the role:
This is a varied position combining office-based work with property viewings, offering hands-on experience across all aspects of residential sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting property viewings
- Sales Negotiation, liaising with buyers and sellers
- Registering applicants and matching them to properties
- Assisting with property marketing and social media content
- Handling enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration
- Learning the full sales process from enquiry through to completion
What we’re looking for:
✔ Strong communication and people skills
✔ Confident, professional and personable manner
✔ Good understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✔ Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Full UK driving licence essential
