About the Role
Webuyanyhouse.co.uk is looking for a proactive Property Sales Progressor to support our conveyancing team and drive fast, efficient property completions. You’ll work closely with our panel of solicitors and internal teams to keep deals moving and maximise revenue in the shortest possible time.

What You'll Do
- Manage the full sales progression process from offer acceptance to completion.
- Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and agents to ensure smooth transactions.
- Be the primary contact for clients and legal partners, providing updates and resolving queries.
- Monitor land registration to fast-track files before legal instruction.
- Conduct weekly file reviews with management to ensure timely progress.
- Proactively manage expectations and handle issues professionally.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in property sales progression, conveyancing or residential property transactions is essential.
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process, AML/compliance requirements, and residential property transactions is essential.
- Experience working closely with solicitors, lenders, brokers, and estate agents is required.
- Exceptional communication and time-management skills.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Confident multitasker with a passion for efficiency and results.
- Proven track record of progressing transactions efficiently and proactively resolving delays.
- Property/legal qualifications are advantageous but not essential.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:45 am – 5:30 pm
This is an office-based role. Due to the nature of our business operations, regulatory requirements, and the need for effective on-site collaboration, the role is not suitable for home or remote working.
