Open Partners is looking for a Client Operations Associate Partner to become the operational engine of our client accounts. Working closely with Product, Finance, and Client Leadership, you will take the reins of day-to-day workflow, scheduling, and quality control. In this highly collaborative, client-facing role, you will lead delivery excellence, coordinate resources, and produce pristine reports and insights, freeing up our Client Leadership to focus on strategic growth and deep consultancy.
You will balance everyday project management with high-level quality governance to ensure our operational output remains flawless:
Operational & Account Management: Build strong, cross-discipline partnerships with Product and Finance. Act as the primary operational point of contact, managing client satisfaction and addressing any delivery risks or blockers early.
Precision Project Delivery: Own end-to-end workflow scheduling and capacity management across your assigned accounts. Keep all status dashboards updated in real time and manage operational transitions for new clients smoothly.
Quality & Standard Governance: Champion 'The Open Partners Way' across all campaigns. Ensure templates, naming conventions, and QA processes are strictly followed to guarantee accuracy and consistency.
Client-Ready Insight & Reporting: Produce premium reports, presentations, and testing plans that align with client expectations, maintaining visibility of campaign progress and supporting commercial margin protection.
AI-Powered Automation: Drive the adoption of tools like ClickUp and Kaizan, identifying opportunities to eliminate manual tasks and streamline reporting in partnership with our AI & Automation team.
Coaching & Team Development: Mentor and support Junior Partners, modelling professional communication, exceptional organisation, and continuous learning.
Trusted Partnership: You have established deep operational relationships with Product, Finance, and Client Leadership, taking complete ownership of day-to-day delivery.
Flawless Execution: You consistently hit a 95% or higher on-time, error-free delivery rate, giving Client Leadership total peace of mind to step back from operational tasks.
Automated Efficiencies: You have successfully integrated AI tools to reduce manual reporting and optimise processes across your accounts.
Documented Standards: You have actively contributed to our delivery standards, adding valuable playbooks and processes to our Client Operations Centre of Excellence.
Operational & Agency Expertise: Proven experience in a client-facing project management or client operations role within a fast-paced agency, marketing, creative, or data-driven environment.
Meticulous Organisation: Outstanding scheduling skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines, coordinate resource allocation, and anticipate risks before they escalate.
Tech & AI Fluency: High proficiency in Google Workspace alongside a practical comfort with AI-powered project tools, such as ClickUp, Kaizan, ThoughtSpot, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
Impactful Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to turn data into clear, client-ready insights and be able to confidently present or discuss these with clients.
Leadership Mindset: A proactive desire to coach junior team members, collaborate cross-functionally, and continuously improve standard processes.
