Pre Tenancy Coordinator
We are looking to recruit a Pre Tenancy Coordinator for ourChelsea offices. About the role:
The successful Pre Tenancy Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Manage high volumes of work to ensure smooth scaling of workload.
- The smooth running of all lettings administration duties.
- Carry out due diligence checks on clients and tenants and other relevant persons prior to the start of the tenancy.
- Arrange pre tenancy jobs such as; cleans and check ins.
- Work to tight deadlines to move in tenants while under pressure.
- Maintain the property register and window displays.
- The ability to understand the importance of legal compliance within the industry.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, branch staff, property management, accounts to ensure all lets commence and conclude effectively.
- Providing support to a busy team.
- General office duties including filing, archiving, scanning and stationary orders.
Skills and experience:
The successful Pre Tenancy Coordinator will have the following attributes:
- Previous experience within an administrative setting.
- Smartly presented and able to handle a public facing role, both face to face and over the telephone.
- The ability to prioritise and manage a number of tasks simultaneously, to ensure nothing is missed, and all electronic files are kept in good order.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate and a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
