The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Doctor who is interested in developing a career in occupational health. No prior occupational health experience is required — full training and mentorship will be provided.
As part of our team, you will:
- Undertake medical assessments and health surveillance for employees across a range of industries
- Provide advice and guidance on fitness for work and workplace health matters
- Work from both our offices and client sites
- Deliver a professional, high-quality service in line with legislative and clinical standards
- Be supported with training and development to grow your expertise in occupational health
Requirements:
- Full GMC registration (essential)
- Valid Driving Licence
- A genuine interest in workplace health and wellbeing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A motivated, proactive, and flexible approach
- No previous occupational health experience required – full training provided
