As a FOH Team Member, your role is to deliver excellent service on the bar and floor. You will support the Supervisor and Managers to keep standards high, provide a positive and welcoming manner and atmosphere and make sure every customer leaves happy. Sometimes this means taking on tasks outside this list.
Service & Standards
- Deliver excellent service on bar and floor, following company standards.
- Upsell and recommend food and drink confidently.
- Keep the pub clean, tidy, and welcoming always.
- Follow all service specs for food and drink delivery.
- Maintain company uniform requirement.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Follow company Health & Safety and Food Safety policies.
- Complete any training as required and apply it in daily work.
- Report hazards or incidents promptly to a Supervisor or Manager.
- Handle company cash, stock, and property responsibly at all times.
- Teamwork
- Help create a positive, supportive work environment.
- Be ready to start work at your scheduled time (arrive early enough to be set up).
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver smooth service.
- Support new starters and share knowledge.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and FOH teams for efficient service.
- Stay up to date with site and company level communications in group chats and via emails.
- Act with kindness and professionalism, always.
Customer Experience
- Be welcoming, approachable, and professional always.
- Act on customer feedback and pass it to management.
- Treat customer and management feedback with an open mind and be willing to learn and improve.
- Help create a safe, enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.

Pay: £12.43-£13.68 per hour
