What You’ll Be Doing
- Mixing and serving drinks behind the bar
- Keeping the venue clean, organised, and running smoothly
- Creating a friendly, welcoming vibe for all our guests
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Calm and focused under pressure
- Confident and outgoing – not shy with a crowd!
- Flexible with hours (evenings & weekends essential)
- A strong team player with great customer service skills

- Expected Hours: 6 – 18 hours per week

- Weekends (every or just weekends only)
Must be able to reliably commute to Colchester or plan to relocate before starting.
