Qualified Nursery Practitioner - 10 minutes away from Bracknell! (Please note a driver is required for this role due to limited public transport to the setting)
Salary: £13.00-£14.50 per hour | Up to £30,000 per year (depending on experience, qualifications, and age)
Hours: 40 hours over 4 days / Shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm
Contract: Permanent, all year round - Not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants
We are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our Ofsted Outstanding nursery team 10 minutes away from Bracknell Berkshire SL5.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-quality early years setting with a strong focus on EYFS, child development, and professional growth. The ideal Early Years Practitioner will be confident, highly motivated, and passionate about delivering engaging learning experiences for children while building strong relationships with parents and colleagues. We are committed to ongoing professional development and will fully support practitioners who wish to progress to Level 4, Level 5, or degree-level qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Provide the highest standard of childcare and early education for all children
- Work collaboratively as part of a passionate nursery team
- Support children’s learning and development and share progress with families
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
About You
- Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or similar childcare role
- Driver preferred due to location
- Loyal, enthusiastic, and passionate about early years education
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
- Excellent teamwork and relationship-building skills
- Eligible to work in the UK
