John G Baird, a well-established Construction & Maintenance Company based in the Aberdeen & Peterhead areas, have exciting new opportunities to join our expanding team.
Due to recent Contract awards, we are looking to employ Joiners to work in the Aberdeen & Aberdeenshire areas.
The type of works that we will be carrying out which are not limited are Roof Replacements, Property Renovations, Extensions, Maintenance of Private & Commercial Properties, General Maintenance for Social Housing Landlords, Bathroom Upgrades, Kitchen Replacements and Garden Works.
We are looking for good all-rounders within these specific work types within the Building Maintenance industry, offering a competitive pay rate, overtime as required, uniform, mobile phone and a company vehicle.
Essential Skills Required:-
Time-served with a good all-round knowledge of Maintenance & Upgrade works,
Ability to measure up jobs and order the required materials without Supervision,
Full UK driving licence due to Area of coverage,
Good communication skills & high level of Customer care,
Be willing to work as part of a team, follow instructions from the Supervisor, work on own initiative and make decisions when required and be adaptable for any required tasks.
