Location: Working from our office in Fair Oak, Southampton with the ability to work from home if required.
The Role:
- Handling inbound calls from customers providing sales and technical information
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Customer service calls.
- Provide support to the sales team, updating databases and catalogues
- Processing Sales Orders
- General office administration
- Help in other departments during busy times
Requirements:
- Confident telephone manner and excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly motivated with the initiative to work to a high standard in a small team
- Previous experience working within sales and customer services essential
- Excellent written communication and numeracy skills
- Proven IT skills using MS Office including Excel to produce reports
- Ability to work accurately meeting tight deadlines
- Interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good sense of humour and enjoy talking to customers
C2 Renewable Solutions is an established Solar, Battery Storage and EV Charging Point installers servicing domestic and commercial client throughout the south coast.
Full Time: 35 hours per week

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
