Responsibilities

- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment, focusing on preventative measures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems, mechanical components, and logic controllers.
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to guide maintenance tasks effectively.
- Lead projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and service history.
- Provide training and support to team members in best practices for maintenance procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the facility.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a maintenance environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair various types of equipment.
- Proficiency in electrical systems, including logic controllers.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics accurately.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement.
