Job Summary

Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development in line with early childhood education standards
- Supervise and support children’s daily routines, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Build strong relationships with children to encourage confidence, independence, and social skills
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and needs
- Maintain accurate records of children’s development, attendance, and observations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and nursery policies at all times
Experience
- Proven experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and best practices
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Experience working with diverse groups of children from different backgrounds
- Valid childcare or early years practitioner qualification (e.g., Level 3 Early Years Educator)

Pay: £26,436.80-£28,080.00 per year
