Stock / Stores Controller
Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and organised Stock / Stores Controller to join our team.
We are a family-run business celebrating 50 years of trading in 2026, and we pride ourselves on creating an enjoyable, welcoming working environment where our team and customers are valued.
The Role
As our Stock / Stores Controller, you will play an important part in keeping our business running smoothly. Your duties will include:
- Controlling and managing stock levels
- Keeping the shop floor fully stocked and presentable
- Serving customers at our trade counter
- Preparing and picking orders ready for dispatch
- Handling stock including cleaning chemicals, janitorial supplies, machines and machine spare parts
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the stores area
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and customer-focused
- Happy to greet customers with a smile and provide excellent service
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Reliable and willing to be part of a close-knit team
- Physically fit and able to unload pallets
- Comfortable working in a busy stock and trade counter environment
