Your Role
The Sales Assistant – UK & Ireland will help drive scalable growth and measurable results for Hyatt Inclusive Collection properties in Latin America and the Caribbean through hands-on management of UK and Irish tour operator accounts. The role focuses on account management, analysing market and operator performance, identifying threats and opportunities, maintaining accurate sales information, and assisting with targeted sales activity, events, trade shows and FAM trips where required. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong interest in travel, hospitality and commercial sales.
Your Responsibilities
Previous experience in sales support, administration, hospitality, travel or a customer-facing role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is an advantage.
- Interest in the travel, hospitality and all-inclusive resort sectors.
Fluent in English, additional languages are beneficial.
- Strong communication, relationship management and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to analyse information, manage multiple priorities and support sales objectives.
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to travel and occasionally work outside normal business hours to support events, sales missions, trade shows and FAM trips.
- Candidates must already have the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
- You are willing and able to undertake occasional international business travel, including to support events, sales missions, trade shows and FAM trips.
- You are willing to occasionally work outside normal business hours where required to support business activities.
- A full driving licence valid for use in the UK is desirable but not essential.
