We're looking for a Change and Transformation Coordinator to support the delivery of Peterborough's ambitious SEND Reform Programme.
This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of a major transformation programme. You'll work alongside senior leaders, project managers and partners across education, health and social care to coordinate projects, monitor progress and drive delivery.
You'll help ensure that plans become reality. From organising meetings and managing action plans to tracking risks, preparing reports and coordinating stakeholder engagement, you'll play a key role in keeping the programme moving forward.
What will you be doing?
Supporting delivery of major SEND transformation projects.
Coordinating project plans, milestones and workstreams.
Monitoring progress and tracking actions.
Organising meetings, workshops and engagement events.
Preparing reports, presentations and briefings.
Maintaining risk, issue and decision logs.
Working with partners across education, health and care.
Helping deliver positive change for children, young people and families.
